We are delighted to announce that Nancy Larson PT, WCS (Creative Therapeutics Physical Therapy) has been selected as the 2018 Physical Therapist of the Year. Every year, the IC Awareness Month campaign accepts nominations for medical care providers working with IC and pelvic pain who are compassionate, supportive, knowledgeable and caring. Nancy’s nomination shows that she not only meets our criteria, but exceeds them dramatically. Her nomination said:
Nancy has been my PT for the last 4 years. She is dedicated, compassionate and has helped to reduce my pain significantly. She has been a great sounding board and has encouraged me, educated me and treated me with respect since the first day I met her. She and her partner are both certified in Women’s Health through APTA and their practice specializes in treating clients with pelvic pain. Nancy is humble and kind and really knows her stuff. I was in severe pain and a complete mess when I met her. None of my other Doctors was very helpful or understood what was going on with me. Nancy had answers and was a safe place for me to begin my healing. She is my hero!!! I would love to see her receive recognition for all that she does.
