First Place – Mari Vasquez

Mari poured her heart and soul into IC Awareness Month this year with more than twenty   memes and posters. These were some of our favorites from her collection. She reminds us “You are strong for getting out of bed in the morning… You are brave for doing things even though they scare you.. and you are amazing for trying and holding on no matter how hard life gets.”

Second Place TIE – Jamie Coronado Aragon

We can’t pick between Jamie’s two meme entries… they are both absolutely awesome. Do our doctors, family members and/or friends truly see us?

Second Place TIE – Lynn Dryburgh

Lynn totally nails the theme this year asking physicians for more compassion and respect of IC patients. Seriously, you’d think they’d see Angry Cat in our eyes and, perhaps, just stop and ask how we are doing or if we need help, right?

Third Place TIE – Amber Vigneux

Again, how do you pick your favorite? These are all share worthy and very clever!

Third Place TIE – Amaneh Tasmin

Amaneh captures a daily struggle for many patients. Did we irritate our bladders by drinking too much water or too little?
